4Scissors Culture (Pty) Ltd supplies institutions and businesses in bulk, at retail, from its own butchery, braai kitchen and bottle store in Lusikisiki, for collection. CSD-registered, 100% black-owned, with written quotes, tax invoices and a complete supplier pack for every procurement process.
What we supply
Supply only, for collection, for now: we prepare and hand over the product at our premises in Lusikisiki and your team transports and serves it. We do not deliver and we do not run catering at your venue.
Bulk meat and butchery supply
Beef, pork, lamb and chicken in bulk, portioned or packed to specification: stewing beef, mince, chops, braai packs, sausage, chicken portions. For school hostels and nutrition programmes, clinic and hospital kitchens, correctional and training facilities, and caterers.

Event meat supply
Braai meat for your function, supplied in bulk: raw braai packs cut and portioned to your headcount, or platters cooked on our fire and packed hot for collection. Suited to imbizos, departmental functions, sports days, year-end events and community programmes where your own team runs the braai.

Beverage supply
Soft drinks, water, juice and, where the event is licensed, beer, cider, wine and spirits in case quantities from our bottle store. Straight from the brewers and national distributors.

Collection, not delivery
All supply is collected from our premises at 2 Jacaranda Street, Lusikisiki. Orders are packed, chilled and invoiced ready for your vehicle at the agreed time. We do not run a delivery service yet; when that changes it will be announced here.

Are you registered on the Central Supplier Database?
Yes. 4Scissors Culture (Pty) Ltd is an active CSD supplier, number MAAA1118984, registered since 2021. The full CSD registration report is included in the supplier pack.
Can you supply a large one-off event?
Yes. We buy in stock for the date and cut and pack the day before, cooked or raw, for your team to collect. We do not deliver and we do not run the braai at your venue. For very large events we ask for a longer lead time, which we state on the quote.
What are your payment terms?
Government and established corporate clients are invoiced on collection and paid on the client's standard terms, normally 30 days from invoice. Private and first-time clients pay on order, by EFT, card or cash, before collection. A tax invoice is issued with every order.
Are you Halaal certified?
No. Varsity Butchery & Braai is not Halaal certified, and we do not claim it on any quote. We cut to specification for everything else.
